We take fresh watermelon from Marvel Farms and give it a bold twist with our own scratch-made Tajín-style seasoning, blended in-house with lime, chili, sea salt, smoked paprika, cayenne, and citric acid. Then we freeze-dry it all to create an intensely flavorful, light and crunchy snack that hits sweet, sour, salty, and spicy all at once.
